We created the brief and objectives for this tactic as well as curated the design team and managed the promotion, sales and PR.
We devised UNDER as a 'stealth' marketing/brand development tactic for UNDERGROUND to contribute towards the overall strategy and objectives we had initially laid out. UNDER was product development in order to build brand equity. There were many layers and nuances to this but it was essentially a ‘black label’ for the brand.
