STRUT is a pre-owned luxury store with three outlets in East London. The brand and stores had been on a gentle but steady upwards trajectory of growth, and their initial approach to L + L was driven by a decision to go online. After devising and hosting a number of focus groups, we convinced them that with a robust plan, the right partners and contracts, and a few more years work further developing their brand equity and goodwill, they could significantly increase their leverage to execute an exit strategy far in excess of their existing goals.
